Your orders are carefully prepared by our logistics team from Monday to Friday.
Each order is processed upon receipt of payment and shipped within an average of 24 working hours unless otherwise stated on the cart page.

Delivery is handled by local postal services depending on the destination country.
The countries served by the available shipping methods and the corresponding delivery times are detailed on the Bon Sens website in the International Delivery section.
These times are indicative only and count in working days, excluding postal issues beyond our control.
Delay or missing delivery
Lost parcel
Colissimo and Chronopost are reliable however, a delay or loss may exceptionally occur.
If your parcel is more than 7 working days late, please contact our customer service at order@bonsens.co
We will open an investigation with the carrier, which may take up to 21 days.

If the parcel is found during the investigation, it will be reshipped immediately.

If the parcel is declared lost, Bon Sens will resend the products at its expense.

If the items are unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Order cancellation
If delivery is more than 7 days late compared with the originally scheduled date, you may cancel your order by contacting customer service at order@bonsens.co.
Issues upon receipt
If your parcel shows an issue (open box, damaged box, broken product, etc.) :

Write precise handwritten reservations on the delivery slip and sign it.

Contact our customer service immediately at order@bonsens.co with a photo of the parcel and its contents.
Bon Sens will then handle the claim with the carrier and will resend the affected product(s) at its expense.
