Product Information
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All our products are natural, cruelty-free, and mostly vegan.
The only exception is our natural styling wax, which contains beeswax: an ingredient of animal origin chosen for its texture and natural effectiveness.
Are your products certified organic?
Yes, 100% of our essential and virgin oils are certified Organic Agriculture.
In addition, 95% of our formulas are certified organic by Ecocert, guaranteeing a composition that respects your skin and the environment.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our formulas are designed and manufactured in France with high standards and expertise.
Our essential and vegetable oils are also packaged in France, in compliance with the strictest quality standards.
Are all your products 100/100 Yuka?
We always aim for the maximum score on Yuka.
However, some formulas may have a slightly lower rating when they contain natural ingredients that carry allergens, such as certain essential oils.
In this case, we prioritize naturalness and effectiveness over a perfect score. If a score decreases, we revise the formula to provide the best balance between safety, transparency, and performance.
What ingredients are present in your formulas?
We use ingredients of natural origin, carefully selected for their effectiveness and tolerance.
We have banned all controversial ingredients from our formulas: Phenoxyethanol, Parabens, Silicones, Mineral Oils, EDTA, Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol, Sulfates, and many others.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples because their production generates a lot of non-recyclable plastic waste.
This choice is part of our ecological approach: producing less but better, by limiting the environmental impact at each stage.

What are the delivery and shipping times?
We undertake to ensure that all orders are dispatched and handed over to carriers the same day for all orders validated before 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders validated after 12:00 p.m. will be delivered the same day or the next working day if possible.
Orders validated on the weekend will be shipped and handed over to carriers on Monday or the following working day if it is a public holiday.
Delivery time for mainland France and Belgium:
- Delivery to a relay point (Chronopost): 3 to 4 days (Monday to Saturday)
- Standard home delivery (Colissimo): 48 hours (Monday to Saturday)
- Express delivery to a relay point (Chronopost): 24 hours (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery time for Europe (+ Switzerland):
- Delivery to a relay point (Chronopost): 3 to 5 days (Monday to Saturday)
- Standard home delivery (Colissimo): 3 to 5 days (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery time for the French overseas departments and territories:
- Standard home delivery (Colissimo): 5 to 7 days (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery time for International (Countries not listed above):

Can I have my order delivered to a Relay Point?
We offer delivery to a “Relais Pickup” relay point by Chronopost for mainland France and Europe.
This delivery method is not available for Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Returns and Delivery Problems
Free returns within 30 days of receipt
Contact us at order@bonsens.co and provide your order number.
Returns are free and products are refunded upon receipt if:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the order. After this period, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
- And if the products have not been opened, a check upon receipt will be carried out to ensure that the seal band is present.

I want to cancel my order, how do I do this?
Contact us as soon as possible at order@bonsens.co and provide us with your order number.
- As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order free of charge, and the refund will be issued immediately.
- If you wish to cancel the order, but it has been shipped, you will need to return the products to our logistics address, and we will refund you upon receipt of the products:

Return costs are our responsibility if the return is made within 30 days of ordering, after this period, the costs will be your responsibility.
I received a broken product, what should I do?
To process a refund or resend the product, we need you to send us photos of the box (unopened if possible) and the broken products in the box by email to order@bonsens.co, indicating your order number.
Upon receipt of your email, we will contact the carrier and our logistics department to find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
I received an incomplete order or unordered products, what should I do?
Send us an email to order@bonsens.co indicating your order number as well as the excess and/or missing products received.

Payment methods
Our different payment methods
For all orders, we offer two internationally known payment systems:
Payment by credit card (Visa / Mastercard) from the Stripe service. Stripe will never send us your credit card information.
Payment from your PayPal account: you can pay from your PayPal balance, your credit card, or your bank account registered to your account
Please note! Although you can make a bank transfer through your PayPal account, the order will be shipped after PayPal acknowledges receipt of the transfer. This may result in a longer shipping time, depending on your bank. We thank you for your understanding.
Is my payment secure?
YES. Credit card payments are handled by Stripe , one of the most secure online payment platforms on the market. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, which is an excellent level of security. As a reminder, PCI/DSS is a certification that imposes many security rules with regular audits by an independent company. Credit card numbers are encrypted in AES-256, and the decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
My payment was declined, what should I do?

How do I view my invoices?
For each order, an invoice is generated from the billing address provided and automatically available in your customer account in the « Orders » tab.
