Why choose our organic vegetable oils?

A quality extraction: the first cold pressing

Our virgin vegetable oils are obtained by first cold pressing, a gentle extraction method that preserves all the plant's properties and active ingredients. Without heating or chemical treatment, this technique guarantees superior quality oils, rich in essential nutrients.

Naturally rich compositions

Each vegetable oil has a unique composition in:

  • Fatty acids (omega 3, 6, 9)
  • Vitamins (A, E, K)
  • Natural antioxidants
  • Regenerating active ingredients

These elements deeply nourish your skin and protect your hair from external aggressions.

Organic certification: our commitment to quality

All our products are certified organic, free from pesticides and controversial substances. An ethical choice for your health and the environment.

How to use vegetable oils in your routine?

For skincare

Cosmetic oils can easily be integrated into your beauty routine:

For dry skin:

  • Avocado or shea oil provides intense nourishment.
  • Apply a few drops morning and evening to damp skin

For combination to oily skin:

For mature skin:

  • Rosehip oil regenerates and reduces wrinkles
  • Prickly pear oil (rich in vitamin E) firms

How to apply: On clean, slightly damp skin, warm 2-3 drops of oil between your hands and apply with gentle massages.

For hair care

Plant oils deeply nourish and repair hair:

  • Castor oil : stimulates growth, strengthens
  • Coconut oil: nourishes dry and damaged hair
  • Sweet almond oil: adds shine and softness

As an oil bath: Apply to the lengths of your hair, leave on for 30 minutes to 1 hour before shampooing.

In aromatherapy

Some of our vegetable oils also serve as carrier oils for diluting essential oils:

The difference between vegetable oils and essential oils

It is important not to confuse vegetable oils and essential oils :

Vegetable oils:

  • Extracted by pressing the seeds, kernels or fruits
  • They can be used undiluted on the skin
  • They nourish and protect
  • Fatty, oily texture

Essential oils:

  • Obtained by distillation of aromatic plants
  • Highly concentrated, they require dilution
  • Powerful therapeutic properties
  • They are not greasy

Our organic vegetable oils can be used as a base to dilute your essential oils during your massages or aromatherapy treatments.

Your questions about our vegetable oils

Which vegetable oil should you choose according to your skin type?

It's not always easy to navigate the wide variety of oils available. Here's a quick guide to help you choose the right one from our top products:

  • Organic Jojoba Oil: Its composition is very similar to human sebum. It is ideal for regulating combination to oily skin and protecting the skin without leaving an oily film.
  • Organic Nigella Oil: Known for its purifying properties, it is an ally for problem skin.
  • Organic Rosehip Oil: Exceptional for healing and signs of aging, it is a rich and regenerating oil.
  • Organic Castor Oil: The secret for hair and eyelash growth and for strengthening nails.

Although we focus on these essentials, other oils such as argan, avocado, sweet almond or shea butter are also excellent to complement a natural routine.

Can vegetable oils be used on all skin types?

Yes, there is an oil suited to every skin type. Oily skin will benefit from light oils like jojoba, while dry skin will appreciate richer oils like avocado or argan.

Are organic vegetable oils comedogenic?

It depends on their comedogenic rating. Jojoba oil (rating 0-1) and hazelnut oil are perfect for blemish-prone skin. Shea butter and coconut oil have a higher rating.

How do I store my vegetable oils?

Store away from light and heat, in their amber glass or opaque plastic bottles. Most will keep for 12 to 18 months. Oils rich in omega-3 (borage, rosehip) should be refrigerated after opening.

What is the difference between a vegetable oil and an oil macerate?

A vegetable oil is extracted directly from the plant. An oil macerate (or macerated oil) is obtained by macerating a plant in a carrier vegetable oil to extract its active ingredients.

Are your oils suitable for food use?

Some of our oils, such as black cumin or rosehip oil, can be used in cooking. Consult the individual product sheets for recommended uses.
